Breakfast, in my book, is the undisputed King of all meals. Would you want to eat a filet of fish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I don't think so. An egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich on an English muffin? Clearly the winner. Breakfast foods are easily the most versatile, most craveable articles of culinary deliciousness, and the event known as brunch only solidifies the love that we have as a country for breakfast, in all of its glory. At home in San Clemente, and here in Dallas, I have slowly but surely scoured the corners of both cities in search of the best breakfast in town. I apologize if you are a breakfast hater, for your sake you might want to censor the following images...
